Liberty Sister – Kansas City, Missouri Dedicated November 20, 1949. This historic Liberty Sister, the first of the Boy Scouts’ “Strengthen the Arm of Liberty” replicas to be erected, stands proudly at the intersection of Meyer Boulevard and Prospect Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri, near the Research College of Nursing.
